Why are my timings wrong / not updating on my WordPress website?

You must clear the MasjidNow plugin cache. To do this, log in to your WordPress Admin Panel (ie example.com/wp-admin). Once you've logged in, click "Settings" on the left hand side. Under the Settings menu, click "MasjidNow Settings". On the MasjidNow Settings page, click the button that says "Clear Cache". This should refresh the timings. Remember that you should do this any time you update the timings on our website.

Also, if you haven't check if the plugin has an update waiting by clicking "Plugins" on the left hand side of the screen, then looking for MasjidNow. If the page indicates that there is an update, please update the plugin and try clearing your cache again.

The Hijri Date is not matching up with our local Hijri Date. Can we change it?
Yes, you can easily change the Hijri Date. Just click "Adjust Hijri Dates" at the top of the Salah Timings Edit page, and choose the start date for the month. You can also choose to shift the entire year forward if necessary by clicking +1 day or -1 day at the top of the Hijri adjustment popup.

How much does the MasjidNow service cost our mosque's members?
The MasjidNow service plan is free for your users to download and use. However the masjid administration must purchase a subscription on MasjidNow. As long as the subscription is active, your mosque's members are able to download the MasjidNow apps and look up the mosque's prayer timings for free.
